She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeal Vaughn and Myrtle Johnson Vaughn. She is survived by: her niece Sherry K. Vaughn Hummell of Gibson City, Illinois; and her nephew Gary L. Vaughn of Taylorville, Illinois. She is also survived by two great-nieces; and two great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sherry Vaughn Hummell.
