He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. Rieger and Dolores Rieger (Monahan); his sister-in-law Tina Rieger; and his pet Emma. He is survived by: his siblings, Jamie Rieger of Forrest, Micki Zimmerman (Rod) of Chatsworth, Danny Rieger (Becky) of Bloomington, Pam Rieger of Chicago, Tony Rieger (Laura) of Oglesby, Rod Rieger (Pam) of Thornton, Colorado, Judy Szabo (John) of Bloomington and Chris Rieger (Angie) of Madison; and his pet Pepper. He is also survived by 26 nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
