He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Winger and Adele Kleist Winger; his former wife Constance Illig; his wife Sue Winger of Farmer City; his children, Stephanie Winkelhake (Jon) of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Paul Winger (Tamika) of Watertown and Jennifer Purkiss (Joshua) of North Pole, Alaska.; his grandchildren, David Sabrowsky of Sheboygan, WI, Tyler Buehler (Taylor Parr) of Sheboygan Falls, WI, Kya of Watertown, WI, AJ Winger of Watertown, WI and Anya Purkiss of North Pole, AK; his sister Betty Winger of Waukesha, WI.; and his caregiver Jon Miller.
