William Allen Schneider Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Allen Schneider of Farina, Illinois. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Schneider and Evelyn Schneider (Ernst); his wife Betty Wollin of Peter's Lutheran Church; his son Timothy Schneider; his brother James Schneider (Kaye); and his brothers-in-law, Marvin Wollin and Dave Shelton.
He is survived by: his sons, Nathan Schneider (Amanda) of Cary and John Schneider (Lise) of Bourbonnais, Illinois; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Wollin (Theresa), Darrell Wollin (Sandy) of St. Peter, Kenneth Wollin of Forsyth, Illinois, Karen Wollin of St. Peter, Barbara Shelton of Decatur, Sharon Moss of St. Elmo, Rosemary Gibbons (James) of Edgewood and Rhonda Comrie (Scott) of Alhambra; his nephew Danny Schneider (Diane) of Ft. Myers, FL; and his grandchildren, Christian, Austin, Logan, Annelise, Elizabeth and Benjamin. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (605 E 3rd St, St Peter, IL 62880). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may go to St. Peter's Lutheran School Tuition Assistance Fund, St. Peter's Lutheran Church Improvement Fund, Trinity Lutheran School in Danville, or the donor's choice.
