He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ivan and Pearl Krantz (Manning); his wife Mary Ann Cummins; and his siblings, Robbie Krantz, Lynn Shamhart and Wanda McDowell.
He is survived by: his children, William "Troy" Krantz (Marlene Young) of Virginia, Kyle Allen Krantz of Effingham, Levi Cory Krantz of Farina and Tammy Krantz-Heiden of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Felicia Owens Herrick (Beau), Kendra Krantz of Nashville Illinois, Broc Krantz of Louisville, Shanae Coffey (Drew) of Charleston and Cody Krantz of Farina.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bill's memory to the Edgewood American Legion, for the Children's Activities.
