She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. O. H. Vaupel and Helen Leota Vaupel (Kinison); her husband Morris Eugene Switzer; and her siblings, Herbert Vaupel, Edward Vaupel, Richard Vaupel, Betty Miller and Joyce Fuller.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Switzer (Carolyn) of Farina, Illinois and Sherry Connelly (Glenn) of Westfield, Illinois; and her brother Jim Vaupel (Stephanie) of Stockton, Illinois..
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Farina Ambulance Service or to the First Southern Baptist Church of Farina and will be accepted at the service or the Sutherland-Rankin Funeral Home at 310 North Broadway/P.O.
