She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Gesell and Lena Gesell (Wodtka); her husband Wesley Lowell Yates; her son Randy Yates; and her siblings, Glen, Leon, Don, Vanley, Lawrence, Kenny Gesell and Bernice Bergmann.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Yates of Farina, Curtis Yates (Lori) of Farina and Lesia Bowman (Mike) of Mason; her daughter-in-law Ronda Yates of Alma; her grandchildren, Miles Yates (Amber) of Missouri, Bethany Lowry (Andrew) of Alma, Jada Sherry (Logan) of Missouri, Courtney Garrison (Tucker) of Farina and Caleb Yates of California; her great grandchildren, Ella, Emeri Yates, Bentley, Layla Garrison, Weston and Adalyn Sherry; her stepgrandchildren, Opheliah, Oliver and Blaise Lowry; and her sister Gladys Guerrettaz of Farina.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Anna's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
