Ruth Wetzel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2021, at the age of 92, Ruth Wetzel (Fairview Heights, Illinois) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Wetzel to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lee E. Wetzel; her son Mark E. Wetzel; her siblings, Rosemarie Jorns (Newton), Harry, Thomas and James Newton; and her parents, Harry Newton and Marie Newton (Jorns).
She is survived by: her children, Sally Wetzel, Tom Wetzel and Jeffery Wetzel; her grandchildren, Jennifer Wetzel, Sarah Thomas (Wetzel), Jonathan Wetzel, Megan Fitzgerald (Wetzel) and Kyle Wetzel; and her brother Andrew P. Newton. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, or to the Belleville Humane Society.
