With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth Ann Fulton (Fairview Heights, Illinois), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her son Ralph Green. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Virginia Green, Daniel Green, Austin Miller and Abby Miller; her husband Vilray "Bill" Fulton; her children, Deborah Green (Arthur Burnett) and Rev. Allen Miller (Angie); her daughter-in-law Janet Green; and her brother Robert Davidson (Sheila).
Memorials may be made to the St. Louis Zoo, attention penguin house.
