It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lee Donnell Sr. of Fairview Heights, Illinois, who passed away on November 26, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Golda Donnell; his wife Lou Etta Donnell; his father James F. Donnell Sr.; his children, Robert L. Donnell Jr., Ricky L. Donnell and Rebecca L. Donnell-Temple; and his grandsons, Jerry Wilson Jr. and Rick Allen.

He is survived by: his children, Gerald "Jerry" Robert Wilson (Betty), Larry David Wilson (Jeannette), Patti Sue Allen (Richard) and Mary Jo Mangles (David); his grandchildren, Bobbi Cherry (Louis), David Davidson, Jason Davidson (Holly), Sean Hill, Rick Pace, Arthur Pace, Lynne Anne Pace, Chris Donnell, Jonathan Donnell, Dawn Allen-McLamb, Sara Bunnell (Chris), Ashley Moore (Mike), Kim DePasquale (Jerry), Catherine Ashton (Tim), Steve Allen (Tammy), Jackie Allen, Heather Davidson (Scott) and Jeff Wilson (Meghan); his great grandchildren, Zack Farmer (Bre Sherry), Maya Cherry, Kane Davidson, Janna Ray, Peyton Davidson, Becca Tanner, Travis Tanner, Preston Moore and Reid Moore; and his great great grandchild Joanna Lou Hill.
