It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julio E. Galan of Fairview Heights, Illinois, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on November 26, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose and Clotilde. He is survived by: his children, Karlo Matanzo, Kristel Galan, Emmanuel Galan and Cesar Galan of Swansea, IL; his sister Virginia Pacheco Denise (Neftali); his grandson Ricardojose Galan; and also Debbie J.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
