The memory of John Robert Wilson of Fairview Heights, Illinois, who passed away on February 12, 2025 at the age of 77, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wilson and Mildred Wilson (Schneider); his daughter Angie Brem; his daughter-in-law Jill Dryden; and his siblings, Carol Justmann, Elizabeth Whitfield, Patricia Halcomb and Thomas Wilson.
He is survived by: his son Robert Wilson of Fairview Heights; his granddaughters, Katie Wilson (David Gilley) of Maryville, Reece Brem of Fairview Heights and Ella Mai Wilson of Fairview Heights, Ill.; his sisters, Shirley Wilson of Belleville and Debi Wilson of Belleville Ill; and his friend Marilyn Borkowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Wolfersberger Funeral Home (102 W Washington St, O'Fallon, IL 62269). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM and at 2:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting contributions to a benefit fund for Ella Mai Wilson, payable to Robert Wilson.
