Walter (Fairview Heights, Illinois), born in Morehead City, North Carolina, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walter and Alberta Walter. He is survived by: his wife Denyse Walter; his sons, Frank Walter (Angie) and Rick Walter; his grandchildren, Kyle Walter (Holly), Kendall Walter and Jack Walter; and his siblings, John, Robin and Sharon.
