She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene "Gene" Kramer; her parents, Eurie Stallins (Ola Fuller) and Kenneth Foster (Celeste Arnold); and her siblings, Buddy Stallins, Dorothy Samuelson and Rose Wall.

She is survived by: her children, Steve E. Kramer (Lois) of Granite City, Illinois, Vicky L. Henderson (Gary) of Belleville and Dana K. Willoughby (Wes) of Summerville; her brother-in-law Cecil Wall of Festus, Missouri; her grandchildren, Michael Kramer, Kristine Weatherford (Chris), Angela Rendon (Spencer) and Westel Willoughby; and her great grandchild Madilyn Weatherford.
