She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Wayne Sr. (Morris Lee) and Walker; her daughter Robyn L. Musick; and her sister Donna Cormier. She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Cruikshank of Fairview Heights, IL; her sons, Scott Cruikshank (Kerrie) and Michael T. Cruikshank (Irish) of Fairview Heights, IL; her brothers, Glenn W. Walker Jr., Freeburg and Wayne T. Walker (Jeanie) of Belleville, IL; and her grandchild Ryan C. Musick (Janelle). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren Dear nieces and nephews.
