She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Knight and Helen Knight (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Bales; her son Robert "Bob" Keplar (Cheryl) of Maryville, IL; her grandchildren, Amber Keplar, Zach Keplar, Danielle Richesin (Eric), Aaliah and Alexiah; her siblings, Julie Parmely (Vernon) of Staunton, IL, Sharilyn Lyerla of Collinsville, IL, Ella Mosbey (Kenny) and Russell Jr. Knight (JoEllen) of Collinsville, IL; and her pet Pennie.
