He is survived by: his girlfriend Marla Getty; his daughters, Jennifer Diliberto (Salvatore), Jessica Rebik and Sharon Malkowski (Karl); his girlfriend's daughter Jania Getty; his grandchildren, Alexandria DeRousse (Nathan), Samuel Dilberto, Emmalina Diliberto, Lillyanna Diliberto, Joshua Malkowski (Samantha) and Jason Malkowski; his great grandchildren, Cooper Malkowski and Bristol Malkowski; his mother Donna J. Dykes; and his siblings, Janis Hamm, Karen Lawrence and James Rebik.
