He is survived by: his wife Diane Decker; his siblings-in-law, Danny Halloran (LuAnn), Colleen McDaniel (Kevin), Beth Halloran (Troy Lillis), Amy Halloran (Larry Schwarze), Emily LaCroix (Brad), Christy Halloran and Karla Halloran; and also Loretta Lynch Davidson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
