She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Caldwell and Dorothy Quillman (Pikey); her brother Richard "Ted" Caldwell (Phillip Womble Sr.); her children, Jaye Noeninger, Julie Caldwell, Kenny Stilley, Clara Elmore, Frances Brennan (Kyle), Phillip Womble Jr. and Alicia Hooten; and her close friend Robert Michael Simonds. She was also cherished by 19 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Belleville Humane Society or to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
