He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Eugene and Anna Mae Farley Benzing; his wife Bonita Sue Wilkinson; and his brother Gene Benzing. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Kennedy, Ronald Benzing, Diane Adrian, Patricia Michalski, Emma Bowling, John Benzing and Matthew Benzing; and his children, Nathan Benzing (Janet), Gretchen Neisler (Josh), Anna Benzing (Jeff Mazzeo), Emily McCurdy (Daniel) and Abigail Simon (Tony). He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
