He is survived by: his parents, Fred Fultz and Mary Whightsil Fultz; his children, Tom Fultz (Judy Cornwell), Lashelle Crain (Dave), Melissa Edwards (Danny Gorman) and Mary Toy (Jim); his siblings, Fred Junior Fultz, Clara Woodard (Rodney) and Janice Bear (Jack); his brother-in-law Wayne Castle; and his grandchildren, David Crain II (Sarah), Samantha Fridmanski (Eric), Shelby Doggett (Shelby K.), Shelbi Gorman, Danielle Fultz, Brooke Fultz, Jacob Shingleton and Elizabeth Castle.
