He is survived by: his children, Logan Wade (Reghan) of Fairmount and Mandy Wade of Nashville, IN; his siblings, David Wade (Kelly) of Bloomington, IL, Rick Wade (Chris) of Belleview, FL and Diana Davis of Tilton, IL; his grandchildren, Audric and Sierra; his nephew Justin Eads; and his close friend Josh Campbell.
