He is survived by: his wife Susan Kay Embery; his children, Tiffany D. Harden (Wayne Slevin) of Sidell, Jessica M. Juvinall of Sidell, Ricky L. Juvinall Jr. of Westville and Walter D. Juvinall (Latela) of Danville; and his brother Darrell Juvinall of Tolono. He is also survived by seven grandkids and five great grandkids.
