She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Glenn Emerson and Helen Rhodes Catlett; her partner Jerry "Nubby" Neubert; her children, Brent Bedinger of Catlin, Illinois and Bobbi Meis of Catlin, Illinois; her sister Teresa Smoot (Kevin) of Catlin, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Eli Meis (Ashtyn), Ashley High (Tony) and Brittney High (Nick). She was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren.
