She was predeceased by: her sisters, Beverly Ann Harper and Brenda Sue Schmit. She is survived by: her parents, Charles E. Mills and Bonnie L. Thomas Mills; her spouse Bryson Richter; her daughters, Rachel and Melinda; and her brothers, William F. Spencer of Fairmount and Vernon Spencer Jr. (Kathy) of West Lebanon.
