He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lacey and Betty Lacey (Sanford); and his sisters, Barbara, Judy and Alta Helen Rosnett (Smoot).
He is survived by: his friends, Herb and Herbie; his wife Marilyn Kay (Rosnett); his children, Karen Kay Lacey of Nashville, Kristine Gay Lacey of Nashville and Kenneth Jay Lacey of Homer; his sister Bonnie Lacey Taylor (Jeff); his nephew Sean; his brother James Sanford (Jim); his nephew Cody; and his siblings, Buren Thomas, Gordon, Janet Franzen (Murray), Mike Rosnett (Gay), Jim Rosnett (Glynnis), Susan Williams and Dan Rosnett (Linda).
Memorials may be made in Herb's name to New Hope Community Church.
