She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Rice and Elsie Shelton Rice; her former husband Donald E. Weller; her husband William E. Lewis Sr.; and her son Darin Weller.
She is survived by: her sons, David Weller (Stephanie) of Fairmount and Doug Weller of Winter Haven, FL; her sisters, Judy Evans of Tuscola and Lynn Humphries of East St; her grandchildren, Kelly Alcorn and Christy Cunningham (Jack); and her great grandchildren, Jack Cunningham, Zayne Cunningham, Liberty Cunningham, Easton Cunningham and Huxley Cunningham.
