He is survived by: his mother Betty Staley Thomas of Indianola, Illinois; his children, Zach Thomas of Fairmount, Illinois, Britt Cain (Aaron) of Danville and Katelyn Thomas (Drake Arnold) of Hume, Illinois; his brother Brian Thomas of Indianola, Illinois; his grandchildren, Sophia McDaniels, Lydia Cain, Aaron John Cain, Jr., Lakota Thompson, Haiden Thompson, Hunter Thompson, Greyson Arnold and Owen Arnold; and his close friends, Otto Collins, Tim Prunkard, Darren Richards, Troy Pate and Allen Ford.
