Carter-Hawkins (Fairmount, Illinois), born in Bismarck, Illinois, who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Gary Allison. She is survived by: her children, Scott Carter (Angie) of Thomasboro, IL and Peggy Haskin (Richard) of Ogden, IL; her stepdaughters, Diane Hight of Oklahoma and Debbie Roberts of Oklahoma; her brother Larry Allison (Darlene) of Georgetown, IL; and her grandchildren, Kassity Briggs and Christopher Carter. She is also survived by 4 step grandchildren, and 2 step great-grandchildren.
