She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford E. Charles and Ellen M. Ervin Charles; her spouse Estel M. Shute; and her sons, Billy Jo Mattingly, Steven Michael Mattingly and Terry Shute.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Shute of Fairmount, Barbara Lightle of Oakwood, Susan Guymon (Charles) of Pekin and Debbie Cronin (Wayne) of Danville, IL; and her daughters-in-law, Barbara Shute of O'Fallon, IL and Cindy Mattingly of Georgetown, IL. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and fifteen great-great grandchildren.
