He was predeceased by: his brother Chris Cole. He is survived by: his parents, Vestal E. Lewis and Linda Mae Lewis (Pilkington); his daughter Brooke Lynn Lewis of Fairmont City, IL; his grandchildren, Eden I, Seamus E and Cody J. R. Hughes; and his siblings, Scott, Jimmy, Mark Lewis and Shelia Hosier (Robert).
