She was predeceased by: her former husband U. L. Petty; her husband Alton T. Blankenship; her parents, Jesse Ralph and Oddie Lee; and her brother James Russell Weatherly.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Petty (Rebecca) of Granite City, IL, David Petty (Michelle) of Oak Grove, AR, Linda Anderson (Mark) of Maryville, IL and Phillip Petty (Shannon) of Freeburg, IL; and her brothers, Jimmy Ray Weatherley (Mary) and Jesse Ralph Weatherley (Janice). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren; her 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
