It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Lekosky (Fairmont City, Illinois), born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on March 15, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur of Allard and George of Allard; and her siblings, Ralph Allard, Robert Allard, Carol Gordon and Mary Kincaid.
She is survived by: her husband John Lekosky; her daughters, Cindy Trepka (Kevin) of Troy, IL, Deb Kinder of Troy, IL, Jean Durloo (Ernest) of East Alton, IL and Mary Leone (Tony) of Troy, IL; her brother Paul Allard (Tama) of Swansea, IL.; her grandchildren, Matthew S., Ryan S., Alex S., Elizabeth S., Travis S. (Megan), Camille S., Jonathan S., Taylor S. and Zachary S.; and her great grandchildren, Penelope, Jersey, Owen, Adrian, Victoria and Dylan.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Louis Children Hospital, St. Louis, MO.
