He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin Scott and Roberta Scott (Davis); his daughters, Ashley Miles (Chad) of Hornell and Brandi Miller (Martin) of Avoca; and his sister Kathy Tibbs (Roy) of Millerstown, PA. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren; 2 nephews & 1 niece.
