She is survived by: her children, Jack Leroy Spurgeon (Linda) of Fairfield, Michael Spurgeon (Lori) of Albion, Martha Marie Hooper (Mark Auvil) of Fairfield and Barbara Kay Spurgeon of Fairfield. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
