She was predeceased by: her parent Orpha Rector (Sigwerth); her husband Raymond "Sam" Clark; and her brother N. J. Sigwerth. She is survived by: her daughter Belinda Katy Shook of Fairfield; and her grandchildren, Hannah Cline (Les) of Cisne, IL and Joshua Shook (Kayla) of Dahlgren, IL. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to assist with final expenses and may be made to the care of Belinda Katy Shook, and will be accepted at Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren or McLeansboro, or at Dye Pretty Salon in Fairfield, IL.
