She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Phelps and Ellie Phelps (Shipley) of Galatia, IL.; her husband Everett Hall; and her siblings, Rev. J. C. Phelps, Rev. Charles Phelps, Fern Medley Wiggins, Florence Cash, Alberta Roberts, Louise Thompson and Norma Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Mongeon (Francis) of Fairfield, IL and Danny Hall (Vicki); her grandchildren, Chris Scarbrough, Christy Etheridge, James Hall, Daniel Hall and Matthew Mongeon; and her great grandchildren, Alexandria, Gabriel, Hadley, Presley, Lauren, Riyah, Emma, Lucy, Isaiah, Ruby, Belle, Charlotte and Jack.
Memorials may be made to Bellmont United Methodist Church.
