With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma J. Koehl of Fairbury, Illinois, born in Forrest, Illinois, who passed away on November 28, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Honegger and Hulda Honegger (Kilgus); and her brother James Honegger. She is survived by: her husband Ralph J. Koehl; her children, Barry Koehl (Rosemary) of Forrest and Kathy Kahle (Steve) of Gibson City; her grandchildren, Ryan Koehl (Michelle) of Waukegan, Darren Koehl of Forrest, Kristen Slagel (Kurt) of Grabill, IN, Douglas Kahle of Chatsworth and Bradley Kahle (Michelle) of Roberts; her great grandchildren, Jadyn, Andru, Tyler, Dayna Koehl, Michaela, Josiah, Nathan, Kara Slagel, Mackenzie and Piper Kahle; her sister Joan Glendenning (Tom) of Bloomington; and her sister-in-law Linda Honegger of Bloomington.
