She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Carls and Carolyn Carls (McCoy); and her nephew Cory Small. She is survived by: her children, Megan Ruiz (Ryan Shannon) of Bloomington, Lexi Kupferschmid (Chance Huff) of Fairbury, Conner Kupferschmid of Forrest and Chase Kupferschmid of Forrest; and her siblings, Theresa Chavez (Barry) of Pontiac, Todd Carls of Pontiac and Troy Carls (Anna) of Fairbury.
