He was predeceased by: his father George Porter; his stepfather Milton Curtiss; and his brother Greg Porter. He is survived by: his mother Taylora Porter (Sears); his son Zackary T. Porter; and his siblings, Patricia Porter-Wolf, Terry Porter-Duncan, Andrea Blackwell (James Marable), Dlorah Gaston (Henry) and Stephen Curtiss (Teresa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and his beloved dog.
