Lewis; his wife Marge; his children, Linda Gathman (John) of Longmont, CO, Roger Mishler (Nancy) of El Paso and Robert Mishler of Champaign; and his grandchildren, Christopher Gathman of Greeley, CO and Ryan Mishler of Bloomington.
