He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ramsey and Lillian Ramsey (Cooper); his sisters, Diane Howard, Marolyn Pliskey and Ann Crouch; and his father-in-law James Wells.
He is survived by: his children, Michael H. Ramsey Jr. of Fairbury and Tammy Ramsey of Bloomington; his siblings, Cindy Ramsey of Pontiac, Daniel Ramsey (Cindy) of Pontiac and Lorraine Winchester of Hot Springs, CA; his grandchildren, Zacery, Nicolas Brown, Devon, Brendon and Addison Ramsey; and his mother-in-law JoAnn Wells of Fairbury. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
