She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Huchel and Dorothy E. Thompson Huchel; her sons, Douglas and Stephen Cook; her granddaughter Lindsay Weber; and her sister Norma Fore.
She is survived by: her husband William Cook; her children, Deborah Freed (Ron), Greg Cook (Kathy), Brian Cook (Mitzi Cruz) and Michael Cook (Jean Francis); and her siblings, Wanda Richardson, Mary Lou Lawless (Ed) and Darrell Huchel (Cindy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be given to the charity of their choice.
