She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Simon Harold and Hazel Evelyn Farney Karcher; her husband Maurice Samuel Zimmerman; her children, Scott Zimmerman (Nancy) of Colleyville, TX, Jill Rock (Tom) and Roberts; her grandchildren, Chad Rock (Tracy), Brandi Meisner (Ken), Amber McGee (Josh), Brad Zimmerman (Carolyn) and David Zimmerman (Shawna); her stepgranddaughter Jasmine Escalante (Josh); and her brother Robert Karcher. She was also cherished by 12 great grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Trinity Lutheran Church; SELCAS or Fairview Haven Retirement Community, all of Fairbury.
