She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Crenshaw and Judith Crenshaw (Amadon); and her brother Shane Guthrie. She is survived by: her children, Andrew, Lacy and Landon; and her brothers, J. Crenshaw, Rick Alba and Ted Mares.
Memorial donations may be made in Hollie's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
