Gladys L. Koehl Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2024, at the age of 100, Gladys L. Koehl of Fairbury, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphia Maurer and Clara Heinold Maurer; her husband Virgil Monroe Koehl; and her daughter Nancy Jo. She is survived by: her children, Marsha Albritton (Charles), Mary Daily (Ben), James Koehl (Diane), Jerry Koehl (Tami) and Joseph Koehl (Marie) of Tucson, AZ; and her brothers, Howard Maurer of Scottsdale, AZ and Larry Maurer (Becky) of Glendale, AZ.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be given to SELCAS, Fairview Haven Retirement Community, both in Fairbury or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
