Vaughan of Fairbury, Illinois, born in Golden Gate, Illinois, who passed away on April 3, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Vaughan and Mabel Smith Vaughan; his former wife Helen M. Maurer; his wife Geraldine D. Stump; his sons, Dennis Vaughan (Kathy) of Fairbury, Brian Vaughan (Jennifer) of Fairbury and Chuck Vaughan (Lori) of Fairbury; his stepdaughters, Donna Thompson (Dean) of Arcanum, OH and Judy (Jim); and his brother Frank Vaughan. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
The family suggest memorials be given to the Indian Creek Golf Course Gift Committee or the First Baptist Church, both in Fairbury.
