He was predeceased by: his grandmother Iola Aberle. He is survived by: his parents, Darin Bazzell and Lynette Aberle Bazzell; his brother Trey Bazzell; and his grandparents, Donald, Carol Bazzell and Robert Aberle. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Dylan Bazzell Memorial Fund, made payable to Prairie Lands Foundation.
