He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Silas Moser and Lucille Moser (Tavener); his wife Lucille E. Monroe; and his sons, Stephen Dean Moser, James Moser (Mary Ann) of Zelienople, PA, Gary Moser (Sheri), Mark Moser (Morton Grove) and David Moser (Sheila).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be directed to the First United Methodist Church of Fairbury or Fairview Haven Retirement Community, Fairbury.
