With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David L. Aberle of Fairbury, Illinois, who passed away on September 7, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Martin Aberle; his wife Carol Wuebbens Aberle; and his in-laws, Edward and Loretta Wuebbens (Folkerts). He is survived by: his father Lloyd Aberle; his siblings, Julie Aberle Timmons (Greg Timmons), Kent Aberle (Kiva Boswick) and Brian Aberle (Audrey Aberle); his children, Corrie Nichols (Jeff Nichols), Michael Aberle (Amber Aberle), Rhiannon Aberle Gerdes (Ronald Gerdes) and Megan Krowlek; his grandchildren, Jacob Nichols (Olivia Lee), Jessica Nichols (Ryan Scott), Zachary Gerdes (Lauren Gerdes), MacKenzie Gerdes (Connor Shine), Connor Aberle, Rheagann Aberle, Holden Gerdes, Cheyenne Gilliam and Friedrich Krowlek; and his great grandchild Braeton Gerdes.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in David's memory may be made to Richard Owen's Hospice House, supporting the compassionate care that reflects David's lifelong helpfulness and concern for others.
